How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. International shipping times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition drops may be final sale.
How do I care for my garments?
To preserve the quality of our fabrics and prints, we recommend washing items inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging them to air dry. Avoid using tumble dryers or harsh chemical detergents.
Do you restock sold-out items?
In line with our commitment to exclusivity, many of our pieces are limited runs and will not be restocked. We recommend signing up for our newsletter and following our social channels for announcements on new drops.
Are customs and duties included for international orders?
For most international destinations, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery process. If they are not included, the recipient is responsible for any local import fees.
